Your order will be shipped from the United Kingdom using the Royal Mail International Tracked service. This fully tracked service allows you to monitor your package every step of the way.

Actual delivery times will vary depending on the destination country or region.
International Shipping Fees
International orders do not qualify for free shipping.
Customers are responsible for all overseas shipping charges.
The basic shipping fee is determined by the weight of the parcel,
with prices starting from £ 11.30.
(This starting rate is referenced from the Royal Mail official website as of October 1, 2025.)
The final shipping charge will be based on the real-time quotation provided by Royal Mail.
Important Note. For orders shipping to countries outside our standard calculation zone, you will be notified after placing your order. We will contact you directly to confirm the actual shipping cost and collect any required payment difference.
If placing an order via Instagram, customers can choose to pay via PayMe or FPS.

While every effort is made by NORA BIBS HK to ensure the timeliness of our product delivery, we are not responsible for any extra fees, custom or back-end charges that may incur due to customs, natural disasters and weather events or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

RETURN POLICY
退換政策
※ Please confirm the product style and quantity and any relevant option information before placing your order. Once payment is successfully made, the order options cannot be changed, and the customer should comply with our return and exchange policy. All items sold and shipped are non-refundable.
※ If there is any defects or damages in received item(s), the customer must e-mail us or send a message to this website within 7 days after receiving the item(s) to apply for return/ exchange. Our return policy applies to new and unwashed items in original condition and packaging.
※ Once item(s) have been used, altered or washed, or damaged due to improper use, returns or exchange will not be accepted.
※ NORA BIBS HK reserves the right to verify whether the item(s) meet the requirements mentioned in this policy. Before returning the item(s), the customer is required to take a photo of the item(s) as a means of verifying item’s condition remotely.
If the model of the relevant item(s) is sold out hence cannot be exchanged, the customer can select other products from NORA BIBS HK and the customer will pay for any price differences incurred.
※ Because the pattern cutting of our bibs can vary, the finished garment(s) using the same fabric can vary. Unfortunately item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind or dissatisfaction with the position of the pattern.
※ NORA BIBS HK reserves the right to deny any returns if the item does not meet our requirements.
※ 請您在購買前確認好商品款式及數量等選項信息，一旦支付成功將不能更改訂單選項，並默認為同意本退換貨規定。所有售出貨品，恕不退款。
※ 倘客戶發現所收貨品有任何既有的瑕疵或損壞，客戶必須在收貨後七天內以電郵或傳送訊息到本網站提出辦理，貨品須連同原封包裝及在〝簇新〞的情況下退回。
※ 所有貨品必須保持包裝完整，貨品一經使用、修改或洗滌，又因使用不當而引致損壞，恕不接受退換。
※ NORA BIBS HK在接受退換貨品之前，必須經圖片作出驗證是否符合上述要求。
如有關貨品因其型號售罄而未可退換，客戶可選取任何貨品、及袛需補付貨價的差額。
※ 由於我們口水巾的剪裁位置不一樣。就算是同一款布料最終成品也不一樣(介意者勿拍)。我們不接受對於圖案位置不滿的退貨或退款。
※請注意，NORA BIBS HK保留所有退貨最終決定權。
