Organic cotton is organically grown cotton from non-GMO cotton seeds and free of any synthetic agricultural chemicals such as fertilizers or pesticides. Since organic cotton is not treated with chemical agents, it is especially suitable to manufacture baby clothing. It is hypoallergenic and does not cause allergies and increase the risk of asthma and atopic dermatitis.

The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the world's highest and most respected certification for organic textile products. It sets a globally recognized standard for the entire textile supply chain, ensuring integrity and sustainability from start to finish.
This rigorous certification process controls every aspect of production, from the soil of the farmland and the selection of cotton seeds to the fabric processing and even fair wages for workers. This strict oversight prevents contamination from pesticides, chemical pollutants, and heavy metals, guaranteeing that only textiles produced through this meticulous process can receive GOTS certification.
Key requirements of GOTS certification include:

Combed Cotton Process

The combed cotton process creates a finished product with superior quality compared to regular cotton.
By combing and refining the cotton fibers, we remove impurities and short fibers, leaving behind only the longest and strongest ones.
During this process:

A combing machine removes shorter cotton fibers (less than 1 cm), leaving only longer, more uniform fibers.

The combing process follows a series of meticulous steps: blending, cleaning, carding, combing, drawing, roving, spinning, post-processing, and final inspection.
-
The result is a fabric that is less likely to form knots or pills.
-
It offers better breathability and superior moisture absorption.

The fabric is incredibly soft and comfortable on the skin.

DOUBLE GAUZE
二重紗
Double Gauze is an extremely high-quality gauze fabric made using two-layer interlacing weaving technology, which is used to make 100% cotton clothing. Because the two layers of light and soft gauze are tightly connected, the fabric is very gentle to your baby’s delicate skin. It does not rub against your baby’s skin. The yarn is extremely fine and less elastic.
The double yarn interweaving technology creates a low-density fabric which possesses a greater tensile strength.
Using this manufacturing technology, this kind of translucent, soft, thin and loose fabric has high water absorbency. Gauze fabric breathes easily, dries quick and becomes softer upon repeated washing.
二重紗是一種利用兩層交遞梭織技術製成的極優質紗織布，用以製成的100%純棉衣物。由於兩層輕盈柔嫩紗織布緊緊相連，所以布質更適合嬰孩的幼嫩肌膚，不易磨擦小朋友肌膚之餘，紗線極幼細。

Global Organic Textile Certification Standard GOTS
Among the many organic cotton options, having the ‘Global Organic Textile Standard’ (GOTS) is the most comprehensive third-party international certification criterion for judging whether organic cotton has passed the qualified inspection standard.
GOTS originated from the International Organic Cotton Conference held in Dusseldorf, Germany in 2002. Gathered with relevant industry players such as organic cotton manufacturers, textile processors, consumers, and standardization organizations to discuss how to unify the uneven certification of the textile industry at that time. The first version of the guidelines was finally launched in 2008, which specifically formulated for organic textiles-from raw materials, processing to product packaging-the textile industry production chain meets the organic harmless guidelines.

STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®
STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® is one of the world's best-known labels for textiles tested for harmful substances. It tests whether textiles and garments contain residual harmful substances that may affect human health. It can be used as a reference for consumers when purchasing environmentally friendly textiles.
If a textile carries the STANDARD 100 label, the company can be certain that every component of the product including every thread, every button and other accessories have passed the hazardous substance inspection. Therefore, the product is harmless to the ecosystem. The extensive OEKO-TEX® standards is under the surveillance of an independent OEKO-TEX® organization. In the test, both regulated and unregulated substances that may be harmful to human health are taken into account. In many circumstances, the limit values for the STANDARD 100 exceeds national and international standards.
Our manufacturers uses dyes that are organic, non-toxic and environmentally friendly, which is certified by Oeko-Tex 100. Environmentally friendly dyes or natural colouring is non-irritating and hypoallergenic. They do not fade easily and are non-irritating to skin, which gives you and your baby peace of mind.
