※If there is any defects or damages in received item(s), the customer must e-mail us or send a message to this website within 7 days after receiving the item(s) to apply for return/ exchange. Our return policy applies to new and unwashed items in original condition and packaging.

※Once item(s) have been used, altered or washed, or damaged due to improper use, returns or exchange will not be accepted.

※NORA BIBS HK reserves the right to verify whether the item(s) meet the requirements mentioned in this policy. Before returning the item(s), the customer is required to take a photo of the item(s) as a means of verifying item’s condition remotely.

If the model of the relevant item(s) is sold out hence cannot be exchanged, the customer can select other products from NORA BIBS HK and the customer will pay for any price differences incurred.

※Because the pattern cutting of our bibs can vary, the finished garment(s) using the same fabric can vary. Unfortunately item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind or dissatisfaction with the position of the pattern. 

※NORA BIBS HK reserves the right to deny any returns if the item does not meet our requirements.

※由於我們口水巾的剪裁位置不一樣。就算是同一款布料最終成品也不一樣(介意者勿拍)。我們不接受對於圖案位置不滿的退貨或退款。

Our orders are shipped within 3 business days of purchase.
