· 由於有機棉屬全天然，不會事先作出漂染，所有布料原色是米黄色，而每批有機棉的顏色深淺度也會有所誤差。
· 全手工裁縫製作，同一款圖案成品的花色位置會有所不同（介意者勿拍），屬隨機發貨不設退換。
· 我們的口水巾及紗巾旨在保護嬰兒服裝免於被口水弄濕及作為配飾。 不建議在用餐時佩戴我們的產品, 食物污漬很難去除，因此我們建議在用餐時使用另一個可擦拭的口水巾。

Our fabric is certified by the world's most stringent organic textile standard GOTS. The dyes are certified by Oeko-Tex 100 to be organic, non-toxic and environmentally friendly. They do not fade easily and are non-irritating to skin. This gives you and your baby peace of mind.
From designing the pattern to finding the most practical and comfortable design, our products have gone through several refinements until we developed the existing finished products.

· Four layers of organic combed cotton gauze, excellent water absorbency and breathability
· With washing, the gauze will get softer
· Do not easy change shape after washing
· Adjustable snap fasteners, suitable for newborn to two years
· We use non-dyed, unbleached organic cotton fabric. Therefore, the garment surface may appear to be beige. This is the colour of raw cotton. After a few uses and washes, the colour will fade gradually and become whiter

· Our organic cotton is all natural, and is free from bleach and dye. The primary colour of our fabrics is beige. The shades of colour of each batch of organic cotton can vary
· All handmade. The pattern of every finished bib can vary slightly (Do not purchase if you are concerned). Products are shipped randomly. Item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged due to dissatisfaction with the position of the pattern.
· Our bibs are designed to protect baby’s clothing from drool and used as accessories. We do not recommend using our bibs during feeding time.Food stains can be difficult to remove so we recommend using waterproof feeding bibs during feeding time

If the model of the relevant item(s) is sold out hence cannot be exchanged, the customer can select other products from NORA BIBS HK and the customer will pay for any price differences incurred.
※Because the pattern cutting of our bibs can vary, the finished garment(s) using the same fabric can vary. Unfortunately item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind or dissatisfaction with the position of the pattern.
※NORA BIBS HK reserves the right to deny any returns if the item does not meet our requirements.

Basic delivery fee depends on the weight of the parcel, usually starting from HKD$30.

Free shipping for all orders HKD$500 or above.
SF - Cash On Delivery
For orders less than HDK$500,
the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Cash on delivery, pay directly to SF.
Orders can be delivered to home address, commercial address as well as SF store locations/ lockers.
